Samuel's triple double leads Eagles to second straight win

Bernard Samuel led Polk State tonight with a triple double (21 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists) as the Eagles earned their second straight win -- and second straight road victory -- beating Pasco-Hernando State College 85-65 in New Port Richey.

The Eagles jumped out to an early lead and enjoyed a 43-26 advantage at the half.
 
Nigel Grant played strong at both ends of the court, scoring 12 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.
 
Elijah Cottrill tallied 16 points, while Darelle Porter had 12 and Shafeek Taylor scored 11.

The Eagles (3-3) play at home against Impact Academy on Nov. 20.
