Five Polk State sophomore volleyball players plan to continue their athletic and academic careers at four-year universities.

The student-athletes and the schools to which they have committed:

"This is the first year that we've had so many players move onto the NCAA level, and it's something that they earned themselves over the past two years," said Head Coach German Del Valle.

"There's not a group of kids with a better work ethic than them. We are very proud of them."

Sophomore Alejandra Robles plans to stay at Polk State to pursue her nursing degree.
