FRESHMAN SEASON (2026)
Hayle Peterson made 27 appearances for Polk State as a freshman, finishing 10-15 with a 4.43 ERA. As a freshman, Peterson led the Eagles in wins, innings pitched (123.1), complete games (2) and strikeouts (45). Peterson allowed three earned runs in five innings in her collegiate debut against Parkland College on Jan. 23 to earn her first win. Peterson struck out a season-high six in a 16-2 win over Richard Bland College on Feb. 8. Peterson threw a season-high 7.1 innings against St. Petersburg College on March 5. Perhaps her best performance of the season came against No. 10 Indian River State College on April 28 when she threw a seven-inning complete game and allowed just an unearned run in a 6-1 victory.

BIO:
The daughter of Morris and Niccole Peterson, Hayle Peterson is one of four children. She has siblings named Colton, Jordyn and Riley. A native of Indiana, she was recognized as McCutcheon High School's Most Improved Player and earned the Sportsmanship Award. Prior to her arrival at Polk State, Peterson had never been to a Publix Super Market.
