A native of Cuba, Abraham arrived at Polk State College prior to the 2026 season with four years of coaching experience, previously serving at the youth and club levels with Lakeland United FC, IdeaSport and Kings Hammer Swan City.
A former goalkeeper himself, Abraham has coached goalkeepers for the Colombian Youth National Team, U17 keepers from the Dominican Republic and Honduras and academy goalkeepers for AC Milan and Cruzeiro. Abraham ultimately hopes to coach at the professional level. He holds a bachelor's degree in physical education from EPEF Manuel Fajardo in Cuba.
Polk State is his first collegiate coaching job.Â
