FRESHMAN SEASON (2026)
Jensen made 17 appearances on the mound as a freshman, which included nine starts. For the season, Jensen posted a 2-3 record and 6.89 with 38 strikeouts in 32.2 innings. He ranked third on the team in strikeouts per nine innings (10.47). Jensen worked three scoreless innings and picked up his first career win against St. Johns River State College on Feb. 10. Jensen finished with five strikeouts on three separate occasions, including against Hillsborough College on March 26 when he threw a season-high four innings. His other win came on Feb. 24 when he yielded just one run in three innings in a 17-2 win over University of Tampa (B).

BIO:
Caden Jensen comes to Polk State from Viera High School where he registered 146 strikeouts in 108 innings. The son David and Nicole Jensen, he played high school baseball with his brother Brady. Jensen has two other siblings named Taylor and Kaitlyn. Off the diamond, Jensen enjoys fishing and golfing. His favorite movie is Star Wars. His favorite foods are rice and beans.
