Anagnos is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Polk State Baseball Program.
Anagnos spent parts of the 2022 season researching with physical therapist Randy Sullivan at the Florida Baseball Armory in Lakeland. Blending technology with dynamic systems theory, the constraints-led approach, and implicit learning, Anagnos is an expert in player development.
Before the Armory, Anagnos spent two seasons as the graduate assistant coach for Southeastern University under Head Coach Adrian Dinkel. There he ran the infielders and assisted with the hitters.
Anagnos served as an assistant coach for the La Crosse Loggers of the Northwoods Summer Collegiate League in 2020.
As a player, Anagnos was a two-year standout at second base for Southeastern University baseball team, a career .340 hitter in 415 at-bats. At SEU, Dominic helped lead the Fire to the 2018 Avista-NAIA National Championship, the first NAIA national title of any sport in school history.
The Round Rock, Texas native was a First Team All-Sun Conference selection for the Fire in 2019.
Prior to SEU, Anagnos spent time at Purdue University in West Lafayette Indiana, and two seasons at Northlake College in Dallas, where he was the 2016 Marucci Elite Hitter Award recipient and First Team All-Conference.
Dominic is the son of Chris and Carol and brother of Vince, Brad, and Stella. He received his Bachelors in Kinesiology and his Masters of Business Administration at Southeastern.
