Biography

FRESHMAN (2021): Appeared in 44 games. Hit .338 with 8 doubles, two home runs, and 21 runs batted in. Season-high four hits versus Pasco-Hernando on February 18, where he was a triple away from the cycle. Griffith was a member of the Second Team All-Suncoast Conference, FCSAA State All-Academic Team, and the Polk State Dean's List.

PERSONAL: Son of Lisa. Cole's brother, Jared, played football at the University of Miami. Griffith grew up in New Jersey and his favorite athletic teams are the New York Yankees and the New York Giants. Griffith's favorite athlete is Robinson Cano. His favorite food is chicken parmesan, favorite tv show is Stranger Things, and his favorite film is Avatar: The Way of Water.
