Biography

FRESHMAN SEASON (2024)
Turmero appeared in 16 games as a freshman for Polk State. He batted .219 with a double and two RBIs. Turmero enjoyed a career night against St. Johns River State College on April 9, going 4-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. 

BIO: 
Turmero played varsity baseball for Head Coach Jose Olmeda at Lake Nona High School. As a senior, Turmero batted .320 in 66 at-bats. He drove in 14 runs and hit four doubles. Turmero is the son of Luis Turmero Sr. and Nataly Pinto. He also has three sisters – Luisana, Isabella, and Manuella. Turmero enjoys playing video games and soccer. He is also a Reggeaton music enthusiast.
