FRESHMAN SEASON (2023-24)
Daniels was named a team captain prior to the start of his freshman season. Injuries limited Daniels to four games, all starts, during the 2023-24 season. Daniels shot 48% from the field while averaging 8.5 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals. Daniels finished with a career-high 13 points in a 94-82 win over Gordon State College in Gainesville on Nov. 10. 

BIO:
A three-sport athlete at Manning High School in South Carolina, Daniels played football and basketball, and was a member of the track and field team. An accomplished All-State quarterback, Daniels received football interests from a handful of schools, including the University of Charlotte, University of Kentucky, and Benedict College. On the hardwood, Daniels averaged nearly 26 points, nine rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.2 steals per game. The son of an NCAA Division I women's volleyball player, Daniels scored more than 1,500 points in high school. Nicknamed "Doobie," Daniels was recognized as a first-team All-State selection, a two-time Region Player of the Year, and as the 3A Player of the Year.
