Coach Randy Belli comes to the Eagles from Southeastern University in Lakeland, where he served as head coach from 2016-2019. He led the Fire to the 2017 Sun Conference championship and to three national-championship-tournament appearances, including back-to-back trips to the final four.
Along the way, the program garnered three All-American and four All-Region selections and Belli received Sun Conference Coach of the Year honors. In addition, the United Soccer Coaches named the entire Fire coaching staff the East Region Coaching Staff of the Year.
Belli began his college coaching career at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where he was associate head coach of women’s soccer from 2003 to 2006. In those four years, the Lady Sailfish went to the South Region Finals four times, winning three.
He also served as assistant coach for the men’s team at PBAU from 2004-2006, helping the squad to win two of three South Region Finals. During his tenure there, he recruited and coached seven NSCAA All-Americans and served as an adjunct professor of mathematics.
Belli went on to serve as the top assistant and recruiting coordinator for the University of South Florida women's soccer program. During his time at USF, the Bulls garnered recognition for a top-25 recruiting class for the first time in program history and followed that up with another top-25 class the next year.
He has also served in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) programs at Orlando City and with the West Florida Flames. He has worked with the FYSA ODP, Super Y League ODP, US Club Soccer PDP, and US Soccer market training centers. Belli also is an instructor for the United Soccer Coaches Coaching Education Staff. Along with the NSCAA Premier Diploma, USSF B License, NSCAA National Goalkeeper Diploma, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma, NSCAA National Youth Diploma and the USSF National Youth License.
Belli earned a master of science in mathematics education from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. A two-time All-American, he played soccer at Tennessee Temple University.
