FRESHMAN SEASON (2025)
Laura Sofia Males appeared in 15 matches for Polk State with six starts. Sofia Males finished the season with a goal and four assists, recording one of each in her collegiate debut -- an 8-0 win over Millennia Atlantic University on Aug. 22. She also set a career-high with four shots during that match. Sofia Males recorded a career-high two assists in a 9-1 win over Saint Leo University JV on Sept. 18. Her other assist came in a 4-1 win over Webber International University JV on Sept. 3.

BIO:
Laura Sofia Males Tovar comes to Polk State from Osceola High School in Kissimmee. For her high school, she was the leading scorer recognized as the team MVP. She also played for IdeaSport Soccer Academy. The daughter of Dirgo Males and Rosa Tovar, Males enjoys music, exploring new places and trying different kinds of food.
