Biography
FRESHMAN SEASON (2023)
A local product from McKeel Academy in Lakeland, Caustic appeared in 14 matches for Polk State with 13 starts. She finished tied for second on the team in total points with 10 (four goals, two assists). Caustic scored her first two goals on Sept. 29 in a 3-0 win over Florida National University JV. Caustic was named an All-Region 8 performer.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2024)
For the second year in a row, Caustic was an All-Region 8 first-team performer. After being among the offensive standouts for Polk State as a freshman, Caustic was a key piece to the defense. She played in all 12 matches for the Eagles with 10 starts. Her lone goal of the season came in a 6-1 win over Millennia Atlantic University on Sophomore Day on Oct. 5. Caustic became the first Polk State player to earn All-Region 8 first-team honors in consecutive years since Laura Knott in 2016 and 2017.
BIO:
The daughter of Christopher Caustic and Jessica Anderson, Caustic played high school soccer at McKeel Academy of Technology for current Polk State Assistant Coach Jacob Sweeney. During her time at McKeel, Caustic helped the program reach the state semifinals. Caustic was also part of the cheerleading squad at McKeel. Caustic's mother was once a cheerleader for Polk State -- then Polk Community College. Caustic's favorite color is pink.
