HIGH SCHOOL: Five-time Max Preps Player of the Game. At Spoto High School in 2022, Del Valle led the team in goals scored, was voted the team's Most Valuable Player, and was voted the team's Newcomer of the Year. At Spanish Springs High school in Nevada, Del Valle was a part of a 9-3 district and regional championship team.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Amira and Dagoberto. Wants to pursue a degree in Health Science. Melissa' father, Dagoberto, and her uncle, Jorge Luis, were both professional baseball players in Cuba. Melissa's favorite athletes are Abby Wambach, Neymar Jr., and Cristiano Ronaldo. Her favorite sports teams are  Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain FC, and Manchester United. Has also competed in track & field. Del Valle's favorite foods are pasta and sushi, favorite films are Pele and The Book of Henry, and she paints and meditates every day.
