Biography
FRESHMAN SEASON (2025)
The lone freshman team captain, Addision Phillippe appeared in 21 matches for Polk State in 2025 with 20 starts. She played in a total of 73 sets. Phillippe averaged 0.60 kills, 2.1 digs and seven assists per set as a freshman. Phillippe led the Eagles in assists and ranked fourth in the FCSAA in that category. She ranked second on the team, averaging 0.45 service aces per set -- good for eighth in the FCSAA. Phillippe hit double digits in assists in 20 of the 21 matches she played, including 47 in a 3-1 win over the University of South Carolina Sumter on Aug. 29 -- the highest for a Polk State player since Madi O'Sullivan finished with 50 against Hillsborough Community College in 2022. Phillippe set a career-best with 19 digs against Pasco-Hernando State College on Aug. 23 and Santa Fe College on Oct. 4. On Sept. 5, she set a career-high with four aces in a loss to Lake Land College and seven kills in a win over the University of South Carolina Lancaster.Â
BIO:
The only child of Kent and Beth Phillippe, Addison Phillippe comes to Polk State from Delta High School in Indiana. During her high school career, Phillippe compiled 1,870 career assists. She was recognized as an All-County, All-District, All-Conference and second-team All-State performer. She was twice named her team's Most Valuable Player. When not on the court, she enjoys wakesurfing.
