FRESHMAN SEASON (2025 at College of Southern Maryland)
Martinez spent her freshman season at College of Southern Maryland where she played in all 27 matches and helped the Hawks finish 15-12. Martinez led the team by averaging 5.67 digs per set. She posted a career-high 43 digs in a 3-1 win over nationally ranked Raritan Valley Community College on Aug. 31. For her efforts, Martinez was recognized as a first-team All-Region 20 selection and a first-time All-State honoree. She also ranked second on the team, averaging 0.38 service aces per set. 

BIO:
The daughter of Alfredo Martinez and Claudia Salamanca, Ana Martinez has two siblings -- a sister named Montserrat and a brother named Jose Alfredo Martinez. A native of Mexico City, Martinez was a member of the Mexico City Representative Team and was a four-time Mexico City state champion. She also helped her school finish as national runner-up in Mexico. Martinez's family has eight dogs, two cats, a hen and a rooster.
