FRESHMAN SEASON (2024)
As a freshman for Polk State, Torres Arbelo appeared in 16 matches with nine starts. Torres Arbelo led the team with 27 total blocks and an 0.53 blocks per set average. She also averaged 0.94 kills per set. Torres Arbelo finished with a career-high six blocks in a 3-2 win over St. Johns River State College on Sept. 4. Against Miami Dade College on Sept. 14, she set a career-best with seven kills. Torres Arbelo finished with a career-high four service aces in a 3-0 win over the University of South Carolina at Sumter on Sept. 20.

BIO:
The daughter to Veronica, Torres Arbelo is one of five siblings. Leilany, Jesus, Nicole and Joel are her siblings' names. In high school, Torres Arbelo was voted best female athlete by her peers and MVP of intramural games. She spent three years playing Caputo Division B. Torres Arbelo practiced with the professional team Guyanbo Mets. In elementary school, Torres Arbelo participated in basketball and gymnastics. As a high school senior, she came in first place in a dodgeball competition. She enjoys spicy food and sleeping.
