Box Score WINTER HAVEN — Polk State Basketball kept the train rolling on Wednesday night. The Eagles stayed perfect on the season with a 117-68 victory over TRC Academy.
Polk State (8-0) dominated from the start. The Eagles led 67-27 at halftime and never looked back.
Polk State's season-high scoring effort came on 52% shooting from the field.

Nathan Andrice each added 17 points. After missing four games to injury, White shot 8-for-9 from the field. Andrice finished a rebound shy of a double-double while blocking a team-high three shots.

Will Stallworth scored in double figures with 12 and 10 points, respectively. The leading scorer coming in,
Ty Owens had a rough shooting night, going 3 of 12, but filled up the box score with seven points, eight rebounds, eight assists, and four steals.
Polk State dominated on the glass. The Eagles held a 56-26 rebounding advantage.
Off to its best eight-game start in 17 years, the Eagles have a busy weekend ahead. That begins on Saturday with a trip to Lake Worth to take on Palm Beach State College.Â
