• Polk State has been blanked in each of its first two FCSAA contests. The Eagles will try to get their first FCSAA win on Wednesday.

• Polk State's Jaycie Noble ranks fourth in the FCSAA with 29 shots this season. Kaylin Allen ranks fourth with four assists. 

• Polk State goalkeeper Sofia Zapata ranks second in the FCSAA with 23 saves this season. She ranks third with a 1.74 goals against average.

• Daytona State College went 3-0 against Polk State last season, outscoring the Eagles by a combined 16-0 margin in those contests.

• Daytona State's Susu Roberts and Clara Fajardo rank first and second in the FCSAA, respectively, in points. Roberts leads the FCSAA with 10 goals. Fajardo leads the FCSAA with nine assists.

• Polk State's Jasmine Mahoney has hit double digits in assists in six straight matches. She also set a season-high with nine digs against North Central Texas College on Sept. 12.

• Seven of Polk State's 13 matches this season are against teams that are nationally ranked. Miami Dade College will be the fifth team in the current top 10 that Polk State has faced this year.

• Polk State's Dublin Fitzgerald ranks fifth in the FCSAA, averaging 0.88 blocks per set. She also leads the Eagles in kills per set, averaging 1.85. Camila Freitag ranks second on the team, averaging 1.65 kills per set.

• Polk State Head Coach Jessica Beal picked up her first Citrus Conference win last season in a 3-2 thriller against then No. 16 Eastern Florida State College.

• Miami Dade's Maria Fernanda de Lima Varela leads the FCSAA with a .436 hitting percentage. Eleonora Gicheva leads the Sharks and the FCSAA, averaging better than 10 assists per set.

• Eastern Florida State College had won five straight matches, which included a win over No. 2 Daytona State College, before losing to No. 1 Miami Dade on Saturday. The Titans are led by Fabiana Tavara, who ranks second in the FCSAA in assists per set (8.25).
