• Polk State will open Citrus Conference play against two top-10 teams. Of the Eagles' 11 matches thus far, five have come against nationally ranked teams.
• Dublin Fitzgerald set a career-high with eight blocks on Saturday against No. 19 Dodge City Community College. Fitzgerald ranks second in the FCSAA, averaging 1.18 blocks per set. Her 2.27 kills per set average also leads Polk State.
• Ana Martinez finished with a season-high 28 digs in Saturday's 3-0 loss to North Central Texas College. Martinez ranks fourth in the FCSAA, averaging 3.08 digs per set.
• During Polk State's trip to Hobbs, N.M. for the New Mexico JUCO Tournament, sophomore Camila Freitag and freshman Adriauna Combs each set career-highs for kills. Freitag finished with 11 kills against Dodge City Community College. Combs had seven against North Central Texas College.
• Wednesday's contest in Fort Myers will be Polk State's fourth match this season at Suncoast Credit Union Arena. The Eagles went 0-3 at the Battle at the Beach Invitational to begin the season.
• Florida SouthWestern State College's Ana Julia Puglia leads the FCSAA, averaging 0.83 service aces per set.
• Daytona State College has the FCSAA's leaders in both kills and digs. Yuseiry Ramirez Terrero averages an FCSAA-best 3.6 kills per set. Karina Crespo averages a state-best 4.51 digs per set.
